What exactly is the purpose of that? haha completely ricockulous!
Is NME in fact controlled by the Democrats and if so, is this an attempt to gain the support of Emos and Hip-Hoppers all around the USA?
Or is it the other way around and the Republicans are trying to insinuate something about Joe Biden and how he's responsible for the birth of the infamous Pete Wentz?
