This comes from the new release from producer Robin Danar, which features a bunch of other artists: Inara George, Paul Buchanan (The Blue Nile), Jesca Hoop, Gary Jules and The Section Quartet, Lisa Loeb and Steve Reynolds, Jim Bianco, Minibar, Rachael Yamagata, Julian Coryell, Quincy Coleman, Julianna Raye and Nic Harcourt.It's called Altered States and it came out yesterday on Shanachie Records.

I see Minibar is on that compilation as well. You should do a focus piece on them sometime. They rock and from the sound of the rest of your likes would fit in well.
Anyways, keep up the good work.
I LOVE Pete Yorn (even though he's a bit of a chore to interview - I interviewed him when I DJ'd @ LIVE 105 in SF & he's really tough to get anything out of), BUT I just don't love this cut. Never been a huge fan of electronica & would have loved to hear Pete do this song like he did Dancing in the Dark w/ Joe Kennedy.
